In jungen Jahren beschloss er, sein Leben für Verbesserung und Anhebung für die am meisten vernachlässigten Teile der Gesellschaft zu verbringen. Seit über 20 Jahren sind Girish und sein Team von eifrigen Freiwilligen für die Rettung und Rehabilitierung im Kinderpark und für Frauen aus der kommerziellen sexuellen Ausbeutung und Menschenhandel da. Dr. Kulkarni gründete Snehalaya im Jahr 1989. Er begann mit der Unterbringung von Kindern in seinem eigenen Haus. Heute ist Snehalaya eine Oase der Hoffnung in Ahmednagar, für Tausende von Kindern in Slums, HIV-Patienten, kommerziell ausgebeuteten Kindern und Frauen, obdachlose Kinder die Würde für ihr Leben zu finden. Girish arbeitet derzeit als Hon. Direktor in Snehalaya. Hervorragend qualifizierend ist,dass Girish Soziologie und Politikwissenschaft an College-Studenten weitergibt. Dr. Girish ist die treibende Kraft für das ganze Team in Snehalaya.

Dr. Girish Kulkarni Mahadev began his work in the social service, at the age of 19 years. At a young age he decided to spend his life for improvement and increase of the most neglected parts of society. For over 20 years, Girish and his team of eager volunteers for the rescue and rehabilitation of children in the park and for women from commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking are there. Dr. Kulkarni Snehalaya founded in 1989. He began with the placement of children in his own house. Today Snehalaya is an oasis of hope in Ahmednagar, for thousands of children in slums, HIV patients, commercially exploited women and children, homeless children find the dignity to their
lives. Girish currently
working as Hon. Director Snehalaya. Is excellent qualifying that
Girish sociology and political science passes on to college students.
Dr. Girish is the driving force for the whole team in

Gugle is a successful business man, family orientated an highly active
in the field of social work. Sanjay devotes much of his time to being
an approachable fatherly figure in the organisation, continually placing
the welfare of staff, volunteers and clients at the fore of all he

Gujar is a local Industrialist and since joing Snehalaya in 2007, his
factory is near Snehalaya's flagship project, the Rehab Centre, Rajiv
has brought many strategy policies into the running of the organisation.
Rajiv is responsile for developing the administrative and financial
function of Snehalaya.
